Victor, it’s so great to have you on the show.
Thank you. I appreciate it. Thanks for having me.
I’d love to hear your origin story of how you got into deuterium depleted water because that’s not even something most people know about. In fact, as a biohacker, I didn’t understand its benefits, nor did I know what that meant—deuterium depleted water—until just last year at one of the biohacking conferences. It was the Biohacking Congress. I bought some of your Litewater and have enjoyed it. I just wanted to hear your origin story to understand how this became such a passion for our listeners.
Of course. Well, from a young age, I was interested in gerontology. I was into aging. When I was a kid, it was fascinating to me the whole life cycle of humans. We’re born, we age, and we die. So I’m always keen on investigating things, and there’s not much on aging.
I opened that raw food restaurant by the end of ’94. That opened me up to a whole new world of how to see the world. Not just through the lens that I grew up with but through a more inquisitive lens based on further information. So I was very keen on when new info came in. So I try to assimilate, understand, apply, and use it myself.One of the secrets of youthfulness is increasing your cellular energy and optimizing metabolic function. So in 2004, I read an article called In Search of the Fountain of Youth. This was interesting because it discussed their work in the late ’50s in the Soviet Union around deuterium depleted water. It was fascinating to me that they found two populations of people with extended longevity. They had longer lifespans and longer healthspan. It was like 520 centenarians per million versus just 1520 everywhere else.
These were populations living in Siberia, essentially like Eskimo-type conditions. The scientists, actual gerontologists, and biophysicists were trying to figure out why these people were living so much longer statistically compared to everybody else in Europe. It took them a few years to figure it out, but what they honed in on was the water they were drinking.
They looked at the food, all kinds of habits, and then they started looking at this glacial meltwater they were drinking. They found that it had 16% lower deuterium levels in it than everybody else. So this set it off. This was in 1959. It was only in 1932 that deuterium was discovered as an isotope of hydrogen in the first place, so this was a relatively fresh and very important discovery. So I really focused on that.

Obviously, since the late ’50s, there’s been much research, studies, and things like that. But after they made this discovery, before they published it, they did a great number of studies and tests on everything from lower life forms up to mammals to show that when you reduce deuterium, you increase your metabolism. You increase your mitochondrial health, you increase your potential lifespan and health span, and when you add deuterium, it’s the opposite.
So I thought this was very interesting, and this got me interested in the science of deuterium, which is quite simple because it is just a version of hydrogen called an isotope, this particular version of hydrogen, of which there’s very little, 0.012% of all hydrogen. Why do we use hydrogen in our bodies for all our biological processes? Why do rocket ships use it? Why do stars use it?
Well, there’s a simple and elegant reason. Hydrogen is the only element on the periodic table that does not have a neutron. One proton, one electron. It’s simple, right? So deuterium is that hydrogen, but it has a neutron. So it’s one proton, one neutron, and one electron, which makes it double the mass of normal hydrogen. So this is where the biological problem starts.
So we have a mechanical problem in our biology where enzymes, nanoconfined spaces, compartments inside of mitochondria, electron transport chains, all kinds of recycling mechanisms in our body, and all kinds of energy production pathways, ATP especially producing pathways rely on the simple form of hydrogen. When you introduce it to a more complex form, which is deuterium, it doesn’t fit. It’s like a square peg in a round hole. It doesn’t quite fit.
Processes have evolved in our minds to manage this biologically. But over the last 100,000 years, our planet’s deuterium levels have been creeping up. So we’ve been compromised more by this. So I thought this was really fascinating. This is not what I originally learned in 2004. That started me on a journey because I liked these foundational upstream types of solutions. What can I do at the foundational level that will keep me from putting all these band-aids on downstream? All the supplements, the pills, the changing of your diet, and all this.
So I was very interested in getting to the root cause of things. My primary interest is getting to the root cause of aging. Even if you can get to it and understand it, it doesn’t mean you can affect it. That was what drove me and what interested me. At first, I was driven by getting myself well because I wasn’t quite optimally healthy either.
So once I did that, I felt like I could keep going. So I think I have a little piece of this puzzle. Not only is it a little piece. It may be. I mean, I will contend that it’s probably the greatest discovery in the biology of our time because it’s such a small tiny intervention that a person can do in their lives that will change everything.
It’s all about energy at the end of the day, and it’s all about the net energy benefit that we have as we grow older. The problem is as we grow older, we have the opposite of net energy benefit. We have a net energy deficit. So How do we continue to age but still remain at the same net energy benefit that we had when we were younger?
Magic is when you reduce the deuterium in your body. Water helps achieve that.
This is what’s fascinating to me, and this is what I like to share with people because I think we have found one of these key missing links, and that is the reduction of deuterium in your body. In your introduction, you mentioned water. The water is simply deuterium depleted water. But the miracle and the magic is when you reduce the deuterium in your body. Water helps achieve that. There are other ways to stimulate that, to accelerate that. That’s the primary way.
There’s heavy water in everything, right? There’s deuterium not just in the water we drink but in the food we eat.
That’s right. It’s everywhere.
How do you get away from this?
It is everywhere. It’s ubiquitous. The ocean is 155.76. Most drinking water is 150. In certain places, you do get lucky. You have reduced places like that in Siberia or many homes in the US. It depends on the hydrological cycle. So usually, you’ll find water that has less deuterium, like tap water somewhere in the mountains. On the eastern slope of the Rockies, it’s fantastic. In many places, you’ll have water coming out of your tap. That’s 139 parts per million. It is in the diet.
Consider that 100 years ago, we never had hydrogenated oils. We never had these types of preservatives that we use now. So we never really concentrated food the way we do now. This introduces even more deuterium into the system.
The ideal level for a human body is in the 120 PPM range. We know that through the new science of deutonomics, which endeavors to explain how the body manages deuterium. And we also know that when we look at the water that’s inside our cells, specifically inside the mitochondria. This is water that’s synthesized de novo. It’s not water that we drink.

So your body is making its best effort to keep it down through the different hydrogen exchange mechanisms happening at the biological level in the Krebs cycle and other places.
We can manage to keep it down. People can do this successfully even without drinking deuterium depleted water. But in that instance, you have to have a different lifestyle or change the lifestyle you have. People limit their deuterium by eating more fat-based foods and more ketogenic foods because they have less deuterium. Fat has a lot less deuterium than carbohydrates. So nature’s strategy is to load up the carbs and deplete the fats.
The simple things that we know historically, humans have done. They’ve eaten less, they’ve fasted, they’ve eaten more fat-based diets. They consume some water from the mountains, or at least they can. We have a natural system for managing this deuterium. Unfortunately, on top of these levels rising since the end of the ice age and even before, we’ve exacerbated it through our modern lifestyle and diet.
The key here is just to get 15–20% lower than what we are now, and that’s our insurance policy for a long, happy, fruitful, and disease-free life. Now, if you go lower, then you start to get into, like, how can you increase human performance at the athletic level and whatnot?
What I was saying was that when we think about water, we think of water as H2O, right? But not all water is H2O. There are a lot of different variations and combinations of isotopes of oxygen and hydrogen. We want to focus here on HDO and that D is deuterium. So a very small amount of H2O in a glass of water is HDO. Roughly about six drops for every liter, so it’s not very much. We have about four to five grams of deuterium in our bodies.
When you look at how much of it is in the body, it becomes very significant because it’s four to five times more than the basic constituents we need for life. Glucose, potassium, magnesium, et cetera, essential elements, and nutrients. So we are overrun by this stuff because of this cumulative effect of putting into our bodies.

And if that water is in the 120–130 PPM range, that’s a very important insurance policy for our longevity.
Now, if you are drinking purely deuterium depleted water, that’s going to set you back monetarily quite a bit because it’s an expensive process to remove deuterium.
Water from the rest of the water. Getting those six drops out of a liter is very expensive, so you spend quite a fortune with the amount of water you need to take in daily.
That’s a yes and no. It’s a yes because if you drink pure deuterium depleted water—we take out 94–97% of deuterium in water. What people do is mix and dilute it. So if your regular drinking water is reverse osmosis, tap water, or spring water, it will be about 150 PPM. It could be a little less. But when you dilute 10 PPM with 150 PPM water, even if you dilute it four times (4:1), you still get water that’s 122 ppm. That tends to be a lot less expensive because then you could maintain your deuterium level to be in the 120s for about $5 a liter when you do that type of math.
Certainly, some people will want to drink it at a lower dilution. So 1:1 would give you 80 parts per million, 1:2 would give you 100 ppm, and 1:3 would give you 112 ppm. So there is a long-term strategy here. But if you want it to be cost-effective, you have to dilute it. It still works because even 5 or 10% is a significant difference in terms of the amount of metabolic health that it gives you or metabolic energy you get from depleting your deuterium levels just by 5 or 10% over time.
This is a long-term strategy. Clearly, there are some short-term benefits, which I talked about in my lectures. But the long-term benefit is to slightly reduce your deuterium level by 15–20%.
Okay. So in the bigger scheme of things of all the different biohacks that someone could partake in, they could take different kinds of supplements like Tru Niagen, which boosts NAD levels. Spermidine. Brain Octane, which is an MCT oil from Bulletproof that’s C8, carbon 8 specifically. That’s good for the brain. Unfair Advantage, also from Bulletproof, which is good for the mitochondria. There’s red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen. You could go and get colonics. There are so many different modalities and supplements.
These are all complimentary.
Yeah, but it’s overwhelming. You can’t do more than a fraction of all the available stuff.
Here’s what I would say about that. I would say let’s simplify it a little because it seems overwhelming. But when you simplify it, you get down to three things. You get down to hydrogen, oxygen, and the combination thereof, which is water because that’s what your body runs on fundamentally. Everything else is a downstream type of solution.
These are all wonderful types of interventions. The things that you mentioned, hyperbaric for one, what does that do? Well, it increases the amount of oxygen. What do all these metabolic interventions do, as you mentioned? Well, they increase the amount of energy and the electron transport chain. Increase the number of protons, which again goes back to hydrogen. All these things lead back to the simplest thing, which is what we need at the most fundamental level for our biology—oxygen, hydrogen, and the proper combination thereof or the actual combination, which is H2O.Our cells have an elaborate system for filtering out deuterium to minimize its damage, but this becomes less effective as we age. Everything else is just noise, and it’s kind of downstream. It’s very nutritional and beneficial, but you look scientifically and empirically at what it is that everything breaks down to produce fuel in our bodies. That answer becomes quite elegantly simple.
What would you say is the impact for somebody who takes deuterium depleted water over a few months to a year? Will they see noticeable changes in their health, energy levels, or diseases they’re facing? Do you expect they might see some impact on disease in their bodies? What happens in the short term, less than a year?
Unlike the other interventions you mentioned, this is the opposite because you’re not putting anything in your body. Actually, it’s about reducing. You’re taking something out, reducing this isotope’s total hydrogen burden.
When you reduce that, you increase metabolic energy. You increase the health of the mitochondria. Not only the health of the mitochondria but its ability to produce ATP. What happens in the body when you increase the amount of net energy that you have? Well, many things can happen. Everybody’s a little different.
When you increase mitochondrial health, your metabolism improves.
Well, I’m not going to talk about any medical-type claims because people use this as an adjuvant for different illnesses that they go through to increase the amount of energy that they have so their own internal mechanism of self-healing can kick in. So what happens when you increase mitochondrial health is your metabolism improves.
I noticed my metabolism sped up to the point where it was very much like I remember when I was a teenager. I could just eat tons of calories, and everything would be assimilated. So recovery is faster, and sleep is better. It’s just the optimization of your biology. I remember early on, and we were trying to quantify these things. Some of this has been quantified through studies.
An amazing study showed that after 30 days of deuterium depletion, you need half the amount of oxygen to perform the same amount of work. I see that as an incredible benefit for alpine climbers to summit Mount Everest and some tall mountains without supplemental oxygen. That’s how the Sherpas do it. Not only are they acclimated, but the reclamation comes through drinking the water at Basecamp, which is 126 or 128 ppm, which is very rare. So there’s drinking water that makes your mitochondria work better. When your mitochondria work better, you can utilize oxygen more easily.
You’ll find that things get lighter. That’s what I noticed, just to say as a general non-quantifiable statement, more of a qualitative thing. We call it Litewater because not only is it lighter, because if you put it on a scale with regular water, you will see that it is a little—like 200 micrograms—less because deuterium is a heavier isotope.
Everything, you just feel lighter, mentally and physically. You feel like your aging process is slowing down. It’s not going to stop. It feels like it’s going a bit slower because some of those nagging things we experience as we get older just go away. You go, okay, I feel the same as I did 20, 30 years ago. That is the benefit of deuterium depletion.
When your mitochondria work better, you can easily utilize oxygen.
We have long marveled at these active people into their 90s and even their 100s. The oldest mother, I think, is in her 60s, natural birth-wise. Father is in his 90s. So these people live in these areas, in these mountain areas where they’re eating less and consuming water that is 15–20% lower in deuterium.
You see this with animals too. So it’s all throughout nature if you just start looking at it. It’s a way to take the little burden off of what our bodies are already doing to filter out toxins. This is the number one natural toxin that we have. As you said, it’s everywhere. It’s been here with us since the beginning of time.
When we evolved, we had less. So when we had less, we managed it better. We live longer. Now we have more, so it’s a little hard to manage. The diet, as I mentioned, also exacerbates that because we have many carbs, a lot of hydrogenated fats, and many things in our food that, we don’t know what they are because they’re added ingredients. Fortified, they call it.
A natural lifestyle in concert with drinking water, being conscious of the deuterium level of your water is just a great foundational way of maintaining very optimized health. And then some of these other biohacks become a little less important.
What’s your sugar intake? Personally, I’m guessing you’re drinking deuterium depleted water exclusively. I would imagine that you eat pretty healthily and reduce the amount of sugar and processed foods that you’re putting in your body. Could you give us a picture of what you’re putting in your body daily?
Let’s say somebody is on deuterium depleted water, but that’s not the only liquid. Like here, I’m in the tropics for a couple of weeks. I’m going to have some coconut water, right? That’s not deuterium depleted. When I’m back home, I like raw milk. I drink a bunch of raw milk that I usually put in my tea. That’s not deuterium depleted. But if I drink deuterium depleted water at the end of the day, I’ll be putting in less deuterium in my body than what my body has. So through the mechanism of hydrogen exchange, I will reduce a little bit of deuterium in my body.
Same thing with sugar or complex carbohydrates. I try to limit it. The way I think about it is that I have this budget. Normally, on an average day, I don’t want to eat more than 30 40 grams of carbs, which includes sugar, which is kind of a keto diet. But it’s just how my lifestyle is. It gives me this budget to do whatever I want, anytime I want.
Know what your default is when you have everything working well.
I keep very disciplined when I’m at home, and then whenever I’m out, I don’t even worry about it. It doesn’t even faze me because everything is running really well. Whereas before, if I ate something that didn’t agree with me, in the morning, I would feel it. My metabolism is so good, and everything burns up quite easily. I don’t abuse it. That’s the key right there. Just don’t abuse that. When you have everything that’s working really well, know what your default is.
I know what my default is for the diet and the way I eat at home. It gives you the license and ability to go outside of that, and I would say strict lifestyle or chosen lifestyle because it’s not really self-imposed for any other reason than I enjoy it and I enjoy the benefit of it. But it’s not something that I would say you have to follow religiously. In fact, many people who practice a deuterium depleted lifestyle find that they’re able to do a lot that they would normally not be able to.
You started an organic, gourmet raw food restaurant. That was prior to your discovery of the deuterium depleted water, correct?
Years ago. That was ten years before, but that was ten years before 2004. So from 2004, just knowing about it didn’t mean I had it, right? We didn’t start the company until 2019, actually, the end of 2018 but call it 2019. Before that, to build the factory, my colleagues, to build the factory to do this took 12 years. So this has been a long journey. The factory didn’t start getting made since about 2012. And then it was ready for commercial production in 2019.
Just because you know about something doesn’t mean you can do anything about it. In fact, there was a conference in 1972 on isotopes and deuterium. And all these scientists sat around the room in 1972, and they said, “Well, we can see clearly that deuterium slows down biology, right? And because it’s heavier than regular hydrogen, it can misshape enzymes, it can misshape DNA. It creates a whole bunch of biological processes.”
Just because you know about something doesn’t mean you can do anything about it.
The problem is downstream, and they all raise their hands. Do you agree? Yes, we all agree. Okay, moving on next. Because there’s nothing you can do about it. Back in the early 2000s, it would cost like $1000 for a couple of liters of deuterium depleted water because it’s so hard to make. I mean, it’s still hard to make. It’s just as time moves on. These processes get more efficient.
We’ve spent a lot of money developing it, so now you have it. But still, it’s really very new. And what the novelty here is for the future of humanity is that what we have here is a new standard. It’s a new standard of water purity and water quality, and it’s a standard that, ultimately, people and everybody—science and society—will realize is incredibly beneficial for our health span. So I’m so excited about it because it seems like a small intervention somebody could do, assuming it’s available for you.
But let’s say it was available. Let’s say it was competitively priced, and then people would certainly consider it as a new standard of water purity. And all that is trying to match the standard your body has already set within its intercellular matrix and mitochondria.
The body has already given you a standard. This is what the water that I make is. The water that you put in the body, I can’t use. I’ll use it for something else, but I can’t use it in the electron transport chain. I can’t use it in the mitochondrial matrix. So I have to make the water from scratch like grandma used to make apple pie. Do hydrogens and oxygens. Keep the deuterium out of there because it’s heavy. It’s heavier.
We cannot eliminate it, but we can do what we can to reduce it. So it makes sense that when you see populations that live in these areas with slightly lower deuterium from their water, it’s no mystery why they’re healthier, happier, and longer lived.
So can we bring this to everybody? That’s my goal is just to bring this to everybody. It’s a big undertaking because it’s a very difficult process. What you’re doing is you’re separating water from water. It’s not like filtering a contaminant out of water that’s not water. HDO is water. It’s just a heavier form of it.
And then there’s D2O, which rarely exists, but we know it. We know heavy water is used in nuclear power plants and atomic bombs. In fact, we wouldn’t have the atomic age we’re in if it wasn’t for the discovery of deuterium, which changed the entire game of everything, knowing that hydrogen had three versions of itself. We are only concerned with the second one, HDO. Our main concern is to remove it, reduce it, eliminate it, and get rid of it because of our body’s biology and all biology. Every eukaryotic cell on the planet that uses oxygen does not like it. It interferes, and it interferes purely on a mechanical level. It’s too big.
It makes sense. I want to switch topics for the last few minutes here. But by the way, do you have maybe 10 minutes? Do you have time to go over it a little bit?
Okay, great. So I would love to hear a bit more about your interest in gold. You have a book called Gold: Catalyst of Radiant Health. Gold isn’t usually thought of as a catalyst for health. It’s usually thought of as a store of value.
There’s no USRDA for gold, right? But there should be. There really should be because it’s another one of these trace elements that do things in our bodies that is not on the food pyramid.

Nothing for gold out there. So same thing back in the early 2000s. I became interested in alchemy and the history of alchemy. The word alchemy comes from “alkimia,” which means gold juice in ancient Chinese. Gold is quite interesting in many respects.
I wrote a short book about it because I spent more than ten years in the lab trying to figure out how to reduce it because our bodies don’t break down gold. You can’t eat a little bit of gold, and you expect your body to break down to have any biological benefit because your hydrochloric acid is not strong enough. You need nitric and hydrochloric, which our stomach acids do not have. So you have to reduce it externally before you put it in the body.
So I was reading all these things in the early 2000s. In Indian literature, they have a medicine called Swarna Bhasma, Ayurvedic, and Siddha medicine. Of course, all the Middle Ages alchemical texts, the Egyptian alchemical texts, and many different things have been written. You always find something about gold and how people would eat gold. Knowing chemistry, you can’t eat gold. It won’t do anything for you because the system has no biological benefit.For humans, our modern diet and lifestyle have increased our deuterium levels. But when you reduce it, it’s very different. When you reduce it down to what is erroneously referred to as monatomic form, and that’s kind of an okay way to say it because it truly is in a monatomic form, but not really.
Gold is a metal, right? And metals like to bond with other metals. That’s what gives them such a strong bond. They have a strong attraction to another atom of their own kind. That’s because there’s an electron hanging out. In this case, the 13th orbital, its valence electron, locks in with the other one that everything else has.
If you were to take that locking mechanism that allows them to lock with every other gold atom out there and you pulled it in, you pull it into a lower orbit. Now it doesn’t have anything to bond with anything else. Now it’s a lull. That means monatomic.
So then, into a higher spin state. It’s like an ice skater. When she tucks in, she goes faster. But we’ve all seen that. When you tuck in, and this is what’s happening here. You’re basically creating something that’s different. You’re changing the element. Actually, it’s not the same element anymore.
If you read the literature, these types of what’s known as monatomic elements they’re actually diatonic cooper paired elements. For anybody out there that wants to correct me on that, you don’t have to. I just corrected myself. These monatomic elements they’re in a different state of matter than everything else. This is what intrigued me, and it still intrigues me to this day. And it would intrigue anybody once they start getting into this because they don’t operate like the metal in the macro state.
In the nano state, they operate very differently. Gold is a catalyst. That’s why the name of the booklet is Catalyst of Radiant Health. When people ask me, “Well, how does this work?” I say, “I will explain to you exactly how it works if you have the time and if you can explain to me how a car’s catalytic converter works.” And this is where everybody gets stumped because nobody can explain how a catalytic converter works. Because it works merely by presence, right?
Something goes through something, and it’s changed just by having resonant contact, not having any physical contact with something. It’s like when a bunch of guys is standing around in a room, and then a beautiful woman walks in. What’s the catalyzing reaction she performs? Everybody starts going, “oh.” You kind of just suck it in, so it’s a catalyst reaction. There’s no contact. But the mere presence of this gold atom changes things.
People need to get more involved in these types of esoteric scientific matters.
This is a fascinating subject because this goes into spirit matter. When they weigh a person dying on their deathbed, and as soon as they die, they lose 21 grams, right? The weight just disappears. Where does it go? There are a lot of really good hypotheses that part of our bodies is made of this monatomic material, spirit matter.
Gold is in that, and the different forms of gold. This is what they call chemical gold. This is why these alchemists were so keen on devoting their entire lives to studying this gold alchemy because they thought and believed—and maybe they were right, who knows—that it would not only extend your lifespan, but it also had some very important spiritual benefit.
In the end, it’s all about energy, as we discussed in this podcast’s beginning. But this is a different type of energy. When we make this stuff in the lab, we notice that 40% of it disappears, like the weight of it just goes away. So where does it go? It’s incredible. As it cures over 30 days and its cure, we put it on a scale. It’s like a magic trick, right? Nothing left, but somehow it lost weight. What happened there?
So there are a lot of things that we can hypothesize on this, and this is quite fascinating. People need to get more involved in these types of esoteric scientific matters because you just look at what people were interested in historically. Why would you be so interested in this? Well, there’s a reason.
These are more subtle things to consider versus the gross physical nature of science today. There are some people that are quite into this, but I haven’t met many people. They usually tend to be quite secretive and hard to find. People that are working on these types of alchemical things. It’s not something that is accepted in the mainstream. But when you start studying what people are doing at this very advanced scientific level, they talk about it. They mention it because you can’t explain it. It’s just one of these things that don’t fit nicely into our understanding of the universe.
Now, a very tangible example of this, it’s hard to refute. I mean, you could say that it’s a fake story or whatever. But there’s this story online about a cat named Tut. Do you know about this?
With the tail?
The tail came off or was somehow chopped off in an accident. Tut regrew his tail by being treated with this Liquid Chi monatomic gold solution. It was really compelling. I heard about this from one of the Angel Team. So Angel Team Healing, Jerry Bedlington. He told me about Tut the cat and directed me to the page where all the pictures of the cat regrowing his tail. It’s really impressive, really,
What’s interesting about that is when we talk about monoatomic elements and monatomic gold, and other elements can be in that form too, but I am particularly focused on gold. It’s a conductor of energy. Potentially, it will unlock superconducting possibilities for us to room temperature superconductors, the holy grail of science.

When you think of the body as a self-healing organism, we actually are able to heal through regeneration, which is what this cat growing its tail back is. Primarily we heal by scarring, but we are able to heal by regeneration. Where? At our fingertips, right?
So if you cut the tip of your finger off, it will regrow. Why? When you look at the Kirlian photography of somebody, for example, you see an incredible amount of energy concentrated at the tips of your fingers. It has the energy to do it. If we just figure out a way, whether it’s by accident or actual trial and error, where we increase the amount of energy that we can have, then we can heal by regeneration.
In the womb, I don’t know what age the embryo is in the womb, but there is a certain time when if there’s an injury that happens to a fetus in the womb, it will heal through regeneration.
Do you take any kind of monatomic gold as a supplement? Do you take Liquid Chi or anything like that?
I take the stuff that I make myself. Periodically, not all the time. My team is really the only one that I found that was able to quantify the amount of monatomic or high spin state gold in solution because we go through a really rigorous process of making this stuff.
When we figured out the process over trial and error and just not give up over many years, after that, I thought we had something, and we did, and then I started going back to these alchemical texts from the Middle Ages. Sure enough, I can understand them now because it was like reverse engineering. The language is in such a way that you don’t understand what it means. It’s hidden.
But once you reverse engineer the process and you go back, you go, “okay, that’s what they’re doing.” It’s the same thing. It’s quite exciting that we’re living in the age we are because they were doing this stuff back then successfully. They didn’t have any good scales. They didn’t know what the mole value of anything was. They didn’t have the purity of chemicals that we have now. It’s a lot easier. It’s just a lot easier to do.
And still, my primary interest from 2006 was gold, but I still hope to understand the monatomic of rhodium and iridium. Copper is a very interesting one because instead of that orbital being pulled in, it gets pushed out, which gives it levitating properties.
If there’s something that’s a mystery, I tend to want to understand the fundamental science behind that, what makes it a mystery. I don’t think anything really breaks these laws of physics that we know. It just informs us that there are things that we just don’t understand that still fit our rather basic understanding, but we’ll expand our horizons in the future.
It took 60+ years to get to the point where people are starting to just barely understand the detriment of deuterium and the benefits of reducing it. Still, it was discovered in the late ’50s. Scientists knew that it had an incredible biological benefit to reduce it by the ’60s. And here we are in 2020 something, and it’s still just about every person with a Ph.D. who has never even heard the word. Everything takes a long, long time.
We live in this information age now. So I’m very grateful to be able to share this information on your podcasts and get people to start reading about it, thinking about it, learning about it, and seeing how this can benefit their lives like it’s made and everybody adapted it into their lifestyle.
Awesome. Where do our listeners go to to get the Litewater deuterium depleted water, and also, where would you recommend they get the monatomic gold? Do you sell what you make, or is there some other option for them if you don’t?
I don’t sell it right now. I used to in the past, but right now, I don’t. I just don’t have the time to make it. It’s really a problem.
Would you recommend Liquid Chi as an alternative?
I don’t know it. I’ve never tested it. What I normally do is there’s a litmus test that I got to go through when someone says they have something of a monatomic nature or high spin state matter. Most things aren’t because anything that’s in a high spin state will not do well with anything that isn’t. It’s very volatile. It’ll go back to metal very easily, very quickly because it’s not a natural state for it to be in this superconducting state.
How we’re able to put it into that state is by removing all energies because those bonds are very strong bonds. You have to remove all the energy in the system in order for those bonds to be released, a simple explanation. When I see anything that is complex with anything else, if I were to put monatomic gold in with anything else, it would fall out of being monatomic because that energy would have an impact on that.
Once there’s energy, the magic of that orbital being pulled in now gets forced back out, and it becomes a metal again. Anything that has a pH that isn’t neutral, anything that is complexed with something, whether it’s other metals, other minerals, elements, vitamins, sugars, or anything that has an ionic activity essentially.
For this to exist, it has to be in a nonionic form, with no ionic activity, and it wants to be alone. It does not want to do anything else because that will force it to go out of the monatomic state. So that’s my first litmus test before I even get it into the lab and try to see if it has any monatomic in it. That’s why I don’t recommend anything—well, it’s not that I don’t recommend it. Just from experience, as you get deeper into alchemy, you’ll find that these things like to be left alone. Here’s another one. “Made out in the full moon.” That’s ridiculous because you need the new moon to make monatomics. You need no energy. In fact, when we do it, either we’re underground, or the moon is behind the Earth. Because, again, any energy will cause your reaction to fail potentially or not be as good a reaction to get a monatomic element out of it.
So you have to reduce all energy. It’s like a meditating monk, right? In order to find stillness, you have to release all the thoughts in your body. Same thing. You have to release all those bonds, the chemical bonds, in order for something to go into that special state of matter. I don’t know this product that you mentioned, but that’s my litmus test for whether something is monatomic or not.

This is a nascent branch of biochemistry. It’s very exciting for anybody that’s interested in these types of not only the science of it but the benefits as well.
I would say to everybody to learn the information first. Understand the long-term benefits because once you start this, you don’t want to stop for it to work. You want to maintain this. You certainly want to do it for the first three to four months before you even test yourself. Obviously, you can test yourself to get a baseline before. You can arrive at that very easily without spending the money to test yourself and know what your baseline levels are.
But the key is to get educated and learn what this will do for you so you can be excited about the follow-through because you’re going to be doing this for a while before you start seeing the benefit. Some people see the benefit right away, but really, it’s a long term.
I think the older we are, the quicker we see the benefit because your body isn’t expecting its deuterium levels to drop. It’s a pleasant surprise because as we get older, we just accumulate, accumulate, accumulate. When our deuterium levels go down, it’s a pleasant thing that happens. As you get older, it’s better. But like I said, what I’m interested in is human performance.

Maintain a deuterium-depleted diet. Green and leafy plants are low in deuterium, and sugary fruits and root plants are high in deuterium. void processed foods, excessive carbohydrates, and genetically modified foods.
Try fasting to lower deuterium in my body. Fasting has been shown to reduce endogenous deuterium levels because fasting causes fat to burn. For every kilogram of fat I burn, my body creates a liter of metabolic water.
Drink deuterium-depleted water. The consumption of deuterium-depleted water protected DNA from damage. While my biological system does its best to filter out deuterium naturally, a deuterium-depleted water drinking protocol lowers deuterium levels most effectively.
Exercise daily. Physical activity helps deplete deuterium by increasing my metabolic rate, fat burning, and respiration.
Always get high-quality sleep. A good indicator that I may have high deuterium levels is the amount and quality of my sleep. Sleep in darkness without blue light from cell phones or computers.
Try light therapy. The body can eliminate deuterium more easily when it gets a lot of sunlight because red light and infrared stimulate mitochondria to produce more ATP.
Practice breathwork. Breathing correctly to oxygenate tissues fully is necessary to deplete deuterium because the aerobic pathways require a significant amount of oxygen to function properly.
Start future-proofing my life as early as now. As the famous saying goes, ‘you gotta be in it to win it.’
Practice grounding. Fifteen minutes a day barefoot on the grass or earth is usually enough to do the trick and maintain a balance between you and the earth. Swimming in a lake or sea is another type of grounding. Immersing yourself in water is very cleansing to your internal bioelectric system
Avoid EMF and Over-Supplementation. Excessive EMF exposure contributes to uncontrolled oxidative stress – an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants in the body. While synthetic supplements are like processed foods, they have high deuterium levels, sometimes upwards of 200 ppm. Select supplements that are plant-based and properly processed without synthetic or highly modified fillers.
